Splinter meeting & workshop request
Splinter meetings or workshops organized by participants during the course of EPSC2021 (from 13-24 September 2021) may be listed in the official conference programme. Please note that the technical infrastructure for the splinter meeting (i.e. setting up an online meeting using Zoom for example) must be managed by the splinter meeting organizers themselves, and that neither the Europlanet Society nor Copernicus Meetings will be able to provide technical support. The proposer of a splinter meeting must be registered as a participant by 2 September 2021 or the splinter meeting will be removed from the programme. However, splinter meetings may be open to both participants and non-participants.
For statistical purposes, we kindly ask you to indicate the expected number of attendees.
Please indicate your time-block preference which will be handled on a first come - first serve basis. Splinter meetings or workshops cannot be scheduled in parallel to sessions during the two conference weeks. A splinter meeting or workshop can be scheduled for the following time blocks (all times refer to Central European Summer Time), and a maximum of two time blocks can be booked per splinter meeting or workshop:
|13–15 September 2021||16–24 September 2021 |
(excl. 21–23 Sep)
|21–23 September 2021|
In order to request a Splinter meeting or workshop to be added to the online programme, please submit your request below (Copernicus Office user ID and password will be required).
Your request will be reviewed by the Scientific Organizing Committee and you will be informed by email. Splinter meetings and workshops can be booked until 2 September 2021.
